Mason sets the stage for the ‘Do Not Be Afraid’ series this morning. Fear has been around for a very long time, back to the first sin and Adam and Ever were hiding because they were afraid. You see, before sin entered the world Adam and Eve were not afraid; however, after eating the fruit (sinning) they were afraid.

Mason sets the stage for the next several weeks where we will learn how to conquer fear because Jesus is building His Church in the middle of the chaos and fear in the world. David wrote in Psalm 56:3 ‘When (not if) I am afraid, I put my trust in you.’
