Richard continues the #OfCourse series this week, giving us a two-pointer out of the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 6. In this passage, Jesus teaches those in attendance how they should pray and how they should be fasting. It was not a question of if they should be doing these things, but how they should be doing them.

It is not an item for show, but some that should be done in secret. Something that you are doing that the Father knows, but not something that you are doing to show off to others.
